What families ask us.

01Is this disrespectful to the person who passed?
We don't think so, and we work hard to make sure it isn't. Humans have made memorial portraits, funeral photographs, and tribute films for centuries. This is in that tradition — just with a gentler, more modern tool. If any project starts to feel wrong, we stop.
02What do you need from me?
At minimum, a few clear photographs. More helpful: videos, voice recordings, a written description of who they were. The more we have, the more the final piece will feel like them.
03How long does it take?
Usually one to two weeks from the start of production. We don't rush.
04Can you create their voice?
Only if you have existing voice recordings to work from, and only saying things they actually said — or that you feel deeply they would have. We will not invent speech.
05What about my privacy?
Your photos, videos, and story are never shared, resold, or used to train any model. Source files are deleted after delivery at your request. Everything is stored on encrypted, private servers.
06What if I don't like it?
You see a preview before final delivery. We'll revise it until it feels right — or refund you if it doesn't, no questions asked.
07Is this appropriate for children?
That's a decision only you can make. We're happy to talk about it on the call.
